Shipping

Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 24 business days.

Please consider any holidays or Customs procedures that might impact delivery times to up to 30 days! If this was the case, please be patient, it will be worth the waiting!

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number at checkout, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@storenify.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Return

If you receive a damaged product or not as you see it in the images. You benefit from 14 days to request a return of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging and with full items ( slip or proof of purchase, logo labels, gift, and anything that comes with the package).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

Any additional fee such as duties when shipping will be paid by the customer.

Please note:

  1. If 14 days have passed, or the product you want to return is not in good condition (as it was); unfortunately, we can not accept it!
  2. If you receive a damaged package caused by the carrier or something happened to the package during delivery, then you will benefit from the return to either change the product or get a full refund.

​​Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days from the date of despatch of your order, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state, complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund to you the price paid for that product.
Payment will be made within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition required.
​Customers are responsible for their return fees. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
​​Certain products are excluded from this 14-day money-back guarantee. Those products will be clearly marked on their respective product information pages on the website. They include (for example): food; perishable items; personalized products; or products made to order (like carpets). These products cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@storenify.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@storenify.com.

Costs

Return costs and possible re-import taxes or Customs duties are the responsibility of the client.

Lost or stolen packages

Storenify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at support@storenify.com

Reception

At the reception of the slip that will be sent to you by e-mail and inside the product package, you must then return the package with a tracking number. After receiving the package by storenify.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you to notify the support of your refund and whether it gets approved or rejected.

If we receive the package and your refund gets approved, you will receive the refund within 7 days.

If we receive the package and your refund gets rejected due to the above conditions that are not fulfilled, we will then send you back the package as it is.
